I am running a low grade fever and i keep burping it won t stop and i feel like i have acid indigestion I am a 35 year old female

Hello,
Your fever and burping shouldnt be directly connected.Yes it can be a gastirc problem.Drink lots of water and take some antacids.That should help stop the burps.Take paracetamol for the fever but if it persists you may need antibiotics.
