Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
MAY BE ALLERGIC
INITIALLY THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SEASONAL ALLERGIES WHICH DEVELOPED INTO CHRONIC SINUSITIS WHICH CAUSES MUCUS TO FALL IN THE THROAT AND IT BLOCKS THE EUSTACHIAN TUBES CAUSING BLOCKEGE
GET XRAY PNS WATERS VIEW AND XRAY STN LATERAL VIEW YOU WILL GET CLUE AND CONSULT ENT TO TREAT THEM AS IT TAKES LONG
YOU CAN TAKE OFF AND ON FOLLOWING MEDICINES FOR 7-19 DAYS IN CASE OF RECURENCE OF SYMPTOMPS
TAB METROGYL 200 MG BD FOR 5 DAYS
TAB ALLEGRA 120 MG BD FOR 7-10 DAYS
STP GELUSIL 3 TSF TDS
SYP PIRITON 1.2 TSF NIGHT
ALL CAN BE CONTD FOR 7-10 DAYS
YOU AN APPLY NEOSORIN EYE OINTMENT IN NOSE BD
SEA WATER DROPS 2 DROPS AT NIGHT IN EACH NOSE
THIS YOU CAN CONTINUE PERMANENTLY
TO CLEAR THE BACK OF THROAT AND EUSTACHIAN TUBES
