Am I A Candidate For Knee Synovectomy In The Future If I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi I have rheumatoid arthritis. I am 48. I have it now under control with high-dose vitamin D as recommended to the Western medicine studies. I do not take synthetic drugs. I will not take pharmaceutical medication’s. The inner knees have bulged as a result. I am 110 pounds former runner and Dancer. Great shape. But avoided the sun for 30 years. Am I still a candidate for a synovectomy of the knees in the future? Someone who does not take synthetic chemical drugs. Thank you
