I think your on the right track for joining curves its a great start. You should try some type of diet along with the exercise at curves.Your young so losing the weight should be easier for you then an older person. Genetics does put you at risk and so does your weight. Diabetes is a concern because weight can bring that on also.Work your hardest to take off the pounds now while your still young. I would also try walking or bike riding at home its good exercise. Find another friend who might want to join you makes the time pass and makes it more fun.If the weather is bad hit the malls great place to walk rain or shine.Try writing down what you eat it helps me remember how much I have consumed.Make sure you drink lots of water and eat foods high in fiber they make you feel full and are healthy for you too. Nine to five veggies and fruits a day is such a plus.Diets high in fat also cause some types of cancers.I think if you really want to lose weight you can pull this off.Weight watchers is a healthy diet and the point system makes it easy. Please go for it you have everything to gain and pounds to lose. There is no food that taste as good and being thin feels.Good luck to you and keep active. You go girl!!!
