Hello,

Yes, certain activities involved in a body-to-body massage with nipple sucking and anal fingering can pose a risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs or STDs), even if there was no penetrative sex. If the person performing it has open sores, bleeding gums, or herpes (cold sores), it can be a risk, though the risk is low but not zero.

You may get infected with syphilis or the herpes simplex virus (HSV1 or HSV2) if the person performing has an active infection. There is risk in anal fingering also if the masseuse has cuts or sores on their finger. Or if you have anal fissures or bleeding. No gloves were worn. You may get HPV (human papillomavirus) if skin-to-skin contact with infected areas occurred.

You may get herpes if there were invisible lesions on the masseuse's hands. Bacterial infections like chlamydia (rectal), gonorrhea, shigella, or E. coli – as I repeat, no gloves or any form of protection was used. Get clinically examined by a GP to rule out infection and for peace of mind. Get STI tests done to rule out chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV or hepatitis. HSV test (if you notice any blisters or sores).

In case your test reports are positive, you will be accordingly treated with antibiotics and antivirals. You are advised to avoid unprotected intimacy of any kind.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
