Am I At Risk Of Infection From Stepping On Someone Else’s Blood And Walking Around With The Same Shoes?

This morning I was walking to a bus stop when I went to go sit down I had realized that there was blood everywhere. The lady I was with told me it was blood from doing drugs. I had then noticed I had probably stepped on it so I went to go wipe them in the wet grass. Am I safe from exposure to anything or am I just worried? (I went on with my day came home and walked with my shoes on around the house)
