Am I Eligible For Lung Transplantation When Having EF Rate Of 37%?

I suppose to get lung transplantation due to COPD, asthma and emphysema. My pulmonologist - surgeon doctor referred me for MUGA scan test. My Ejection Fraction (EF) rate is 37%. Due to this number I eligible for lung transplantation or not? Thanks.
