Am I Going Through Menopause?

im 48 i had a womb ablation 5 years ago and continued having periods . then 2 years ago i had pain so i had a laparoscapy and found i had adesions and things were stuck together this was resolved but my periods stoped one year ago . my docter hhinks i could be through menopauce but how can i be sure.

Adhesions are not associated with menopause. Adhesions are commonly caused by tuberculosis.
