Am I Having Bleeding Due To Menstruation?

Hi. I am 29 & have been diagnosed with PCOD. Currently on fertility treatment. Did IUI on 24/5/11 (Day 14) and the doctor advised to start taking utrogestan 100mg 3 times daily from Day 19 until she advise me to stop. However, light bleeding occured 2 days post IUI. I didnt feel any pain or cramp as I usually feel when it about to menses. I had referred to the doctor and she advised to start taking utrogestan as she advised earlier. On 1/6/11, she prescribed me wt duphaston 10mg 3x per day for 10 days. Bleeding continued on off for for 7 days. I am scheduled for beta hcg blood test on 6/6/11. I afraid if the medications would give side effects on me while the bleeding was actually menses?
