Hello dear,
your first test was of course positive for pregnancy. But the negative second test with spotting suggests early abortion. It is advisable to consult to an obstetrician if the spotting continues and to have a pelvic ultrasound to see if there are any retained products of conception. It is necessary to get the retained products removed because they can cause continued bleeding.
