Am I Pregnant With Delayed Periods,back Pain And Nausea?
My period is 3 weeks late . I thought it was coming on at one point because I was cramping but I only had like 3 drops of blood (spotting) when I usually have a pretty heavy period . My back has been hurting , I have been having heart burn really bad , been feeling nauseous and I have migraines . It lasted for 2 days at one point . Could I be pregnant ?

yes ,u may be pregnant as ur symptoms are just like pregnancy.sometimes spotting occurs in first trimester,but u want to sure about ur pregnancy do at least a home pregnancy test.and if that is positive then u r pregnant and if u want to continue this pregnancy then take care in future that if any bleeding or spotting occurs then immediately run to doc as it may threaten ur pregnancy or abort that.
