Hi,
If you have never ever missed a period so far, and are sexually active, then, your chances of conception are high. Yet, symptoms appear after 4 weeks of pregnancy and prior to that, are rare. You need to perform a HPT with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can also opt for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres for an earlier and better diagnosis. If pregnancy is negative, your symptoms suggest an impending period and you may wait for a couple more days before seeing a specialist. Hope this helps.
