Am I Too Young To Have A Heart Attack?

I m a 19 year old female that is afriad of having a heart attack . I have had a couple of EKG s done and nothing was wrong. I just can t stop thinking about it. No history of it in my family. my weight 180 and 5 8 . What is wrong with me.

even if you were to have a weight problem (which isn't the case) but IF... heart attacks don't usually come about until you're at least over the hill. younger people having a heart attack is so rare it could almost be a myth. if you are still concerned you can take to a doc about warning signs of heart attacks. otherwise i think you still have a few decades before you need to start even thinking about it
