I AM A DIABETIC PATIENT SINCE LAST 7 YEARS, EARLIER IAM USING GLYSIPHAGE 500MG DAILY 3 TIMES, MY HBA1C IS 7.0, LAST 3 MONTHS IAM GETTING NERVES PAIN AND HEAT ON FOOT NERVES I CONSULTED DOCTOR, HE HAS ADVICED TO TAKE XMET-500 DAILY 2 TIMES AFTER TAKING ANKLE LEG PAIN COMING AND SUGAR LEVEL INCRESED MORE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE REASONS FOR THIS SYMPTEMS

Hello,
Your symptoms suggest that you are having diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN ).This happens because of longstanding uncontrolled diabetes.
Treatment for DPN involves meticulous control of your blood sugar levels along with specific medicines used to treat DPN pain.
US FDA has specifically approved three products for DPN and they are
1... Antidepressant like DULOXETINE
2.. Anti convulsant like PREGABLIN
3.. Long acting opioid TAPENTADOL ER.
Consult a diabetologist and discuss with him regarding this.
You may also take injectable VIT B12 and VIT D which shall help you a lot.
