Am I Having A Healthy Pregnancy Or Not?

I have undergone with IUI on 26th Dec 2011 and on 11th Jan i tested the urine sample and i got my pregnancy test as positive.i did blood test and my HCG level was 187.49 and on 14th jan i again did blood test in some other lab and it showed 18 only..i dont know if the range is good or not.Doctor told me that various lab has their range of test.can u tell me whether i have a healthy pregnancy or not?

hi,since your hcg levels are falling in all likelihood it will not be viable pregnancy.but this is right that serum hcg levels should be done from the same lab only as every lab has their own dilutions but the range remains constant.in your case pregnancy could have occured but aborted.sorry for being blunt.take care all the best.
