Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that it is necessary to investigate for the type of cardiac arrhythmia if present.

For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests:
- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to examine your heart rhythm trends during the day
- a cardiac ultrasound and NT pro BNP levels
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
