Am I Pregnant Inspite Of Feeling Nauseousness, Vomiting And Late Period?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. My period hasn't come yet and it's late, I am sexually active, I am having severe headaches, feel very nauseous, am throwing up my food & drinks, and feel very very weak. Am I pregnant or is there possibly another explanation?
