Am Itching Badly, When Scratched Some White Comes Out. I Smoke And Drink Brandy. Took Allegra. But Itching Persists. Suggestions?

I have itching problem and that too during evening and night time.
While i scrath the skin, something white colour comes out of the pores of the skin as we would have seen while piercing the pimples.
I feel that only itches often. I do not understand where it goes in the morning?
I smoke and dring brandy.
when i consulted a doctor, he gave pills like allegra 120 mg, citrizine etc... but the itching goes for 24 hours and comes back.
can you help me on this to eradicate the itching bugs inside my skin.. please?

There are no bugs,
You might be suffering from recurrent folliculitis.
The other option is urticaria,
A photograph would help me in diagnosing your condition.
Can you upload a photograph.
take an antihistamine tablet.
This will give you some relief.
