hello docter I m 30 year old women married two months ago. i have conceived after my first intercourse and now i m pregnent of 8 weeks. I am a research scholar working in a lab from 9 am to 6 pm. i had nausea and vomiting every night. I had cramps in my lower abdomen from the day when i got to know that i m pregnent. These cramps are still occuring..In Usg report i got my baby is alright but these cramps alwys make me worried. Please suggest me what precaustion i should take..are these cramps effects my baby?

You should consult a gynaecologist for proper examination and test because this is your first pregnancy and your age is 30yrs. you can consult a gynaecologist and take some progesterone support because regular cramps are not good for your baby.
You should take some rest in between your work.
