Ammonia Odor In A Freshly Cooked Lobster, Ate It. Is It Spoiled ?

I bought a "freshly" cooked lobster. I ate the claws and tail first and there was no problem. When I opened the body to see if there was any noticable meat, there was a terrible odor of ammonia. I didn't go any further. Is this ammonia odor caused by spoilage, and why was the rest of the lobster tender, juicy and tasty?

HI
Thank for HCM
While eating, and if you find something very suspicious, creating doubt just leave the dish away, even if it is not harmful, but if you ate it after creating doubt, then it definitely would disturb your digestion, I would call it thumb rule, do not eat the food which causes delusion, illusion, even if it is better. Have nice food Buy,
