Angiography Shows Tapering And Bifurcating LMS, Diffuse Proximal Critical Disease, Occuluded RCA. Help?

hi can u translate this report for me Angiography Report LMS: Tapering & Bifurcating LAD: diffuse disease starting from the first diagonal and after the second diagonal it is totally occluded with faint antegrade flow. cross filling shows critical distal disease as well Lcx: diffuse proximal critical disease, posterolateral is a diseased distally RCA: diffuse proximal disease, right ventricular branch is small. acute marginal branch is abig sized vessel critically stenosed at the origin. after the accute marginal branch there is diffuse disease. before the origin of PDA and PLV branch RCA is totally occluded
