Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Right Hand Fingers Swollen, Itchy. Advise?

I have suffered with antiphopholipid syndrome for about 25 years now and am under a physician in Scotland. I have just noticed that during the last few days my right had fingers have swollen up to such a degree that I had to remove all my rings. They are also quite itchy. My left hand it quite OK. Do you think it has anything to do with my underlying problem?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi ,
Thanks for writing in.
The condition can be contact dermatitis, Id eruption, pompholyx etc.
It can be also related to raynauds phenomenon and anti phospholipid syndrome.
For itching you can take tab.Cetirizine once a day.
A visit to dermatologist will allow proper examination and treatment.
Hope this helps.
