Get clinically examined to rue out scabies. Antifungals will help you get relief. You can apply anti-fungal creams like miconazole, clotrimazole are effective. However get blood tests done to rule out VDRL, STD, etc. Get all your clothes washed and treated with an antiseptic. Wash your genital region with warm water, keep area dry, infection will spread in moisture. Avoid sex till you are not fine, do not use random multiple partners, your treatment will depend upon the diagnoses made. Get treated well, take care.
