CNS 20 YEARS ..SEVERE FATIGUE ..TIRED AFTER TINY ACTIVITY...COLD SKIN VERY PROFUSE SWEATING, HEADACHES NUMBNESS BOTTOMS OF FEET AND EXTREMELY SENSIIVE TO TOUCH CONSTANT DIZZINESS AND ODD SENSATIONS IN HEAD....WHITE SPOTS HUNDREDS ON BRAI N,,,VERY ANXIOUS WITH SEVERE OCD DISORDER BROKE OUT WITH SHINGLES A WHILE BACK BECAUSE SO VERY NERVOUS. I LIVE THIS WAY EVERY DAY FOR DECADES,,,,HELP...NEUROLOGIST

General & Family Physician,  's  Response
for shingles you can take tab acyclovir 800 mg 5 times a day for 7 days, inj.kenacort or unidrol 40mg/ml . 1 ml weekly for 2 inj deep intragluteally, tab ibuprofen400mg tds for 7 days, for local application silver sulphadiazine or acyclovir cream.
for OCD you can take tab fluoxetine 20 mg od or sertraline 50 mg od, Xanax 0.5 mg od as anxiolytic.
vit B complex inj with B12 IM for 12 days.
for fatigue , headache and profuse sweating with cold limbs you should go for echocardiography, electrocardiography and plain chest X ray to rule out congestive cardiac failure.
