My implanon is at its expiry but I haven't had a period in forever. It is my 12th year on it. Can I still fall pregnant if its not been removed but expired? My symptoms are nausea, heightened sense of smell & sore nipples. And slightly sore ovaries

Hello dear I would like to know about your age presently. And Yes you can still be pregnant despite of having it inside. So firstly do a urine pregnancy test and get the device changed. Take care.
