Any Chances Of Transmitting HIV By Helping A Man With Head Injury?

i just helped a man with a cut on his head he touched me with his bloody hand i bite my fingers so they have sore patches where u can see the second layer of skin is there any chance i could have caught something e.g. HIV even though i didnt really see any bblood on my hand after he touched me? thanks
