Any Good Combination With Saw Palmetta That Can Improve Thin Hair And Help Regrowth ?

Hello Doctor,
I am a 44 old male suffering from baldness.I am otherwise fit.I take good care of my health.I do not drink or smoke.I have a healthy living style.I have thin hair and lost hair in the crown.I used to use Finpecia and mintop some 7years back.After hearing about the side effects i stopped using them.Now,i want to use saw palmetto tablet.Also if you could suggest a good combination along with saw palmetto(eg mintop and saw palmetto plus a good shampoo)?
also suggest the brand name of saw palmetto tablets in india.

Saw palmetto is used mainly for Benign Prostatic hypertrophy and it has also been shown to be useful in Androgenetic Alopecia.

Few studies that are available claim that it is devoid of sexual side effects of finasteride i.e decreased libido but that is hypothetical because it also acts through the inhibition of the same enzyme by which finasteride acts (5 alpha reductase).

One popular brand is available in India, marketed by Curatio pharmaceuticals contains 100mg saw-palmetto.

I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a prescription for this product because it should not taken OTC.
