Any Herbs To Cure Bronchitis?

yes, I am getting a bacterial infection now. I m susceptible to bronchitis. I can t take echinacea or goldenseal as I ve become allergic to it because of leaky gut syndrome. I ve used oregon root which has been helpful but I m out of it. Are their any other herbs that are strong antibacterials? I have Oregano. Would that be good? I ve taken horehound and bayberry, Vit C and elderberry but I don t think that these are antibacterials. Any suggestions?

Bronnchitis can be due to viral or bacterial causes. The only way to know for sure is to either obtain a culture or observe a response (or lack) to antibiotics. It is very admirable that you are taking herbal and vitamin supplements for good health, however in the setting of illness it is highly advisable to seek treatment from an allopathic or osteopathic medical practitioner. Vitamin C is generally a beneficial supplement, however many herbs can cause changes in liver function, blood & immune function, or have other undocumented or unstudied results.
