Any Home Remedy To Remove Vaginal Rashes?

Hi,i am 25 female i usually have rash in my virgina and got treated by a doctor everytime i have it,im Hiv negetive,doctor told me ive got herpes,now i have a small pimple im virginal,what do i to do? Am neat and clean and condomize all time.what do about the pimple plis also tell mee about home therapy.thankx.
