Hello dear
Understand your concern
You can not abort the pregnancy at home as no remedies that successfully abort the pregnancy. You can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by USG scan.
Do not take MTP pill at home by self to prevent complication.
By method, 600 mg mifepristone is followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Another 400 ug after 4 hour if required.
Bleeding with clots and abdominal pain occur 30-45 minutes after using last pill and remain for 4-6 days. Confirmation of incomplete abortion is done after 14 days for safe practice. Rest. analgesic, healthy diet and proper hygiene should be maintained. Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Hope this may help you
Thanks and regard
