Any Ideas About A 1.5" Tender To Touch Line On The Bottom Of The Foot Which Has Sand/ Salt Like Pieces In It?

I have a 1.5" line on the bottom of my foot. Its raised a little and tender to the touch. I noticed a couple weeks ago. Every couple days I can pick out sand or saltlike pieces from it. It feels better for a day then the pieces come back. It hurts to walk barefoot. What could this be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be a eczematous lesion, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicine.
1) Beclomethasone with neomycin cream apply this four time in day
hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
