Any Ideas About Black Gel Inside Green Jel Discharged From Sinus 5 Months After Psuedomonis?

Hi, I have psuedomonis (thick green jell coming from my sinuses) and had to have a sinus surgery about 6 months ago. I haven't had any for 5 months then it started slowly coming back but yesterday i brought up this thick green jell with thick black gell in side the green gel. Have you ever heard of anything like this? What does this mean? Do you know what it is?
Thank you, Linda

Hello

The black gel can be either a fungal infection or a an organized blood clot from your previous surgery!
If you are not having any complaints like pain or fever, then i dont think you have to worry, otherwise please meet your ent doctor again!
Thanks
