Any Ideas About Chest Tightening And Pain When Inhaling Deeply?

I ve had a sharp pain/tightening in the right side of my chest below my ribs (when sitting) which seems to migrate to my back/right shoulder when standing. It hurts when I inhale deeply. If I lift my right arm and inhale deeply, it doesn t hurt much at all. Any idea what this is?

do a chest Xray and ECG.the pain might be either cardiac or pulmonary in origin. If the tests are normal, then nothing to worry simply take analgesics.
