Any Ideas About Recurrent Headache, Numbness And Tingling In Fingers And Face, Nausea And Vomiting?

I've been experiencing headaches on the right side behind my eye lasting, well, this time, four days now. There is no rrhyme or reason for the times of the month! I've also been experiencing a numbness and tingliness starting in my fingers, face, both sides, accompanied by naucious and throwing up. I also have been waking up with terrible front hip flexer pain also on my right side. Feels bruised but can't locate the pain with massage. Also the back side if my right calf! Ive done nothing out of the ordinary as far as exercising and very little of that! Today the pain is terrible, I can hardly walk! Only a slight headache today! Sometimes the numbness and naucious will happen without headaches. I'm not pregnant and I've had a hystorectomy over a year ago! Ideas?
