hi, i am 24 years old and my height is 5ft.5inc. i want to increse my hyeight at least 3inc. is it possible?

hi, height is determined by genes. Bone grafting is done in some centers which may be of some benefit in patients with extremely subnormal height. I would not suggest that to you. There is no medication that can increase your height once your bones have fused. have good food and exercise to keep your body and mind healthy. be prepared to live the way you are born.
