Any Medication To Stop Chronic Runny Nose, Cough And Swollen Glands Under Jawbone?

Hello Dr. Grief:
I have a chronic runny nose, cough and two swollen glands right under my jawbone in the upper part of my neck. What can I do to dry up the nose, stop the cough and get my glands not to be swollen. They feel like grapes. Other than what I have described, I am not sick. Thank you. Lynn

Running nose and cough are symp toms of viral infec tion. Take levo cetrizine5mg. Use otrivine nasaldrop. Since you have enlarged sub mandibular gland, take ezyththrocin 500 mg daily for 3 days.
