Any Reason To Worry If I Could Visually See Heart Beating Without Pain After A Quad Bypass ?

I had a quad bypass 20 months ago. I had the strangest beating in my chest Sunday and Monday. It was beating so I could see it moving my left breast up and down. Absolutely no pain. I just could visually see the beating of my heart. Any reason I should worry?
