Any Special Care Is Required As Per The Report?

hi doctor,I have done a medical checkup yesterday and i am listing the result below. I am a social drinker. Pleas advice me whether i should take any special care or consideration. Blood sugar (FBS) Hexokinase Method : 95 mg/dl Glycosylated Haemoglobin (HbA1c): 5.4 % Cholesterol, Cholesterol ocidase : 218 mg/dl Trigycerides, Lipase/GPO-PAP no correction : 135 mg/dl HDL, Homogenous Enzymatic Method: 32 mg/dl LDL, Homogenous Enzymatic Method: 145 mg/dl Cholesterol/ HDL Ratio, Calculation: 6.8 mg/dl AST(SGOT)IFCC/SFBC : 34 U/L ALT (SGPT) IFCC/SFBC : 57 U/L Uric Acid, Uricase Method 6.8 mg/dl Looking forward for you reply. Hi
In my opinion the lipid profile is deranged, Total cholesterol is high, the ratio of cholesterol to HDL is high, and HDL is low. All these are probably related to alcoholism and dietary habits. Uric acid is also raised which occurs with alcoholism. SGPT is high.
You need to make necessary dietary and lifestyle changes and exercise and do discuss with your consulting doctor for medications if necessary.
