Any Suggestion For A Diabetic To Reduce Sugar Level?

Doctor, my name is virupaksha aged 53 having diabetic since 7 years ago now my weight is 59kg presently my blood sugar level is in between 240-260 Now I am taking tablet Dibizide-M & do yogasana So please suggest me to reduce my sugar level my email is YYYY@YYYY

dear sir i understand your concern in my opinion the drugs what you are taking are not able to maintain your sugars. as per your history
i can make out that your having a very healthy life style . there are two ways to deal this issue 1.by changing your tab to amarylm2 to be taken morning one and night half before food next is adding athird drug along with your present medication that is janumet50/500 twice daily after food.in my opinion going for janumet is good idea.i can assist you better if i know your hba1c value regards
