Any Suggestion For Bacterial Infection That Didn’t Reduce With Nystatin, Cephalexin, Mylan-fluconazole?

My symptoms are sore throat, numb tongue, dry mouth, discoloured tongue no sense of taste and the dr tells me I have an oral bacterial infection and prescribes me nystatin oral suspension, cephalex 250mg (3x per day), and mylanfluconazole 50 mg and my symptoms are still the same considering I've been taking them for 4 days now. What should I be doing at this point? I'm feeling frustrated because it feels like my throat is worse

I really appreciate your concern just forget the bacteria this could be allergic condition if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
2) Povidone iodine Gargle
3) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
