Any Suggestion For Distorted Sound, Mucus In Head, Blocked Ears And Dizziness?

I am writing on behalf of my sister. She has been seeing private doctors for years about her symptoms to no avail. She has problems with her ears. With distorted sounds, mucus in the head, the ears feel blocked, makes her dizzy, she can't lye down to sleep etc. it is now affecting her mental health. I am very concerned. No one can help.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

I can understand your concern but it is difficult to tell without examining her and going through her reports. Please upload her reports specially the audiological tests and let me know if any nasal endoscopy was done on her, if yes what was the report.
It looks like that she maybe having some sinus infection and this is blocking her eustachian tube ( normal tube between the ear and nose) which is causing her symptoms.
Please meet your ent doctor for examination and advice.
Thanks
