Any Suggestion For Feeling Sensitivity In Neck Area And Stuffy Nose After Taking Deep Breath?

I am a 66 year old female. I had a flu shot but for the past 3 evenings I have had a fever averaging around 100.2 with some chilling (less this evening) and some soreness in my left neck area. I have a dry cough and do cough up mucous a couple of times a day and have some drainage. When I take a deep breath I feel the sensitivity in the neck area and my nose feels a bit stuffy. This has also made me feel tired. Any suggestions? Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The lower respiratory tract infection or allergic condition are very much troublesome, and takes little more time to cure, and needs medicine in very rare condition otherwise the conservative management givens good results and that included, drinking lot of water, have hot drinks, steam inhalation, as you said that you running with the fever then you can have "Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen" twice a day this will give very good result, everything will be fine just nothing to worry have nice day.
