Any Suggestion For Having Chocolate Cyst In Left Ovary?

choclate cyst i have choclate cyst 8 cm in left ovary .my dr.suggest me a surgry in april becuase i ve recently got married .last month my period was normal since sep.2012 last month i had spoty period and it took 15 days to stop then it return to spot...am i normal!! what i have to do now plz help i have worst pain ever
