Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through your history and understand your concern,
The symptoms what you are having is may due to
Contact dermatitis
Eczema
Pityriasis rosea
Fungal infection
But diagnosis can be made only on examination and lab evidences. This is what I can think of with your medical history.
I would suggest you to consult your dermatologist and take proper treatment after the diagnosis.
Thank you.
