Any Suggestion For Hearing High Pitch Voice And Echoes In Left Ear?

I am trying to kill a mosquito at the left side of my face (near the ears) so I slapped my face.
In the morning when I wake up I notice hearing high pitch voice when I use my cell phone using the left ear.
There are also echoes hear when I am not using the ear.

What is the cause and treatment for this condition? Thanks Doc.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

A hard slap on the face near the ear could tear the ear drum to cause these sounds in your ear. Even though there isnt anything major it would be best if you could meet an Otolaryngologist at the earliest as they are trained to recognize the tear and treat it accordingly.Meanwhile make sure you don't allow water to enter into ear to prevent any infection.
Hope this answer helped you.
