Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the raised liver and pancreatic enzymes.

Incomplete data: Age, gender, history of alcohol intake, history of gall bladder disease, the results of the the investigations done so far////Not available.

From the history given in your query with raised liver and pancreatic enzymes, I am of the opinion that you have some sort of acute abdominal condition like inflammation of the gall bladder or pancreas resulting in "swollen abdomen as hard as a rock in the right upper quadrant.
There could be the possibility of Acute cholecystitis (due to gall stones) or pancreatitis.

You need to be examined by a surgeon immediately preferable in an ER of your nearest hospital for further care.

Hope to have answered your query.

Wishing you best of your health.
