Any Suggestion For Liver, Kidney Damage Due To Overdose Of Mirtazapine, Citalopram?

I took an overdose of mirtazapine 30mg of 87-89 tablets and 8-9 of citalopram at 30mg a good while back , and my dr. said ive probably damaged my liver n kidneys .And im wondering is this what caused my weird body odour or is this aside effeffect of propranolol ?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The doses that you have taken can damage the liver but probably may not lead to the bad odour. You have not mentioned when have you exactly taken this overdose. It would be side to get a renal function test and liver functions test to identify and liver or kidney damage.
propranolol may also not lead to this body odour. Its better to get a skin consultation done to identify the cause of smell. It could be sweat (hyperhydosis) or some fungal infection.
