Any Suggestion For Missed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi.iam married and my regular periods is 15th of every month.But i got my last period on october 15th. I have checked in pregnency kit and it shows negetive and i took 6 mensovit plus tablets.3 for a day. and it is already 2 days over and i didnt get my periods?can u please suggest me what can i do now...

Hi,

There is nothing much to worry about. Repeat a pregnancy test after 2 weeks, ultrasound examination of the whole abdomen will be required.
