Any Suggestion For Painless Hard Immoveable Lump In Front Of Tragus?

I have a painless hard immoveable bony lump in front of my left tragus that suddenly appeared and has been increasing in size since July 2011. It is now the size of a gumball. It is also closing my ear canal. I can still hear from that ear but it is diminished some now.
