Any Suggestion For Persistent Pain In Ovaries Even After Laparoscopic Surgery?

pain after 3 weeks of laproscoptic
hi my name is monique Wallace and i had laproscoptic done witch it concern my ovaries and cyst i had the surgery done and i still having pain on both side of my ovaries my doctor told me that he also found edometrisis and that everything was take care of that witch he said both been remove but i don't understand why im still hurting both sides of my ovaries after the surgery had been done on Nov 7 2012 it hurt so bad sometimes that i have hold both of my side i have another follow with my doctor in Jan so doctor can someone please give advice of what should i do and why the pain came back like before i got the surgery thank doctor

The first thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen to rule out other causes, start antibiotics and analgesic.
